Job Description

Having Knowledge of Windows 7, 10 and relevant supplementary applications.
Excellent understanding about Laptop/Desktop OS level troubleshooting in Win 7 & Win 10, MS Office 2016 etc.
Having good working experience on Intune
Install and configure computer systems and applications within the company.
Experience with building Laptops/Desktop (via MS Intune or SCCM is preferred).
Monitoring day to day computer performance.
Update and maintain the computer inventory and equipment.
Resolve hardware and network connectivity issues.
Experience in managing Technical upgrading and maintaining of entire desktop systems.
Excellent communication skills (written & verbal)
