As a Test Data Manager, you will* Work with the testers to identify test data requirements for test cases* Create synthetic healthcare claim data using TDM software* Create healthcare claim data in HIPAA 837 format* Collaborate with EDI to deliver the files to claim processing systems* Create multiple claim files based on test scenarios* Create thousands of claim records in each file using the TDM software Genrocket* Track TDM requests and report status to QA managers* Work in an Agile environmentRequirements:* 8+ years' experience in managing test data including creating synthetic data using test data management tools such as Genrocket* 8+ years' experience with Healthcare claims data and creation of claim test files in HIPAA 837 format* Experienced in leading a team of testers by effectively communicating the test data requirements* Experienced in coordinating with EDI to deliver the HIPAA 837 test files to claim processing systems* Should possess a strong understanding of HIPAA 837 format and the relevant fields for claim processing* Experience in Genrocket test data management tool is a big plus* Should possess good SQL skills for querying databases to identify relevant data* Experienced in documenting the test data scenarios and reporting status to management* Experienced in working in an Agile environment* Good team player with excellent communication skills and proactive behavior
