Must have experienced on program management for Business transformation programs (Core insurance (P&C - Preferred) or IPA or Digital etc.)Conflict Management experienceAbility to present to leadership from Client stakeholders on program progressResponsible for status updates/ planning and other presentation to CXO/ Program Sponsor level across multiple tracksMust have managed challenges from business and technology sideLeadership skills in driving program across business and it driving meeting with senior Client stakeholder's product and consulting teams good presentation preparation and presenting skills program planning tracking etc general program manager skills strong communication.Experience is preferred but not mandatoryEnsures that the delivery from the project teams is used to leverage the account mining efforts continues to map more executives in the customer organization understands client service offerings to cross sell and upsell them along with the sales team contributes to streamlining processes across the vendors based on project execution demonstrates the ability to estimation solution and creation of ready to use generic proposal content reviews and refine generic proposal content closely monitor the program and regularly publish status reports to the customer identify risks issues during the project planning and execution phase and work with teams to come up with resolution plans good communication skills
