Job Description

As a Data Engineer you will build data pipelines to ingest, transform & store data from various types of data sources, both internal & external.
You will be using various PAAS services offered within Google Cloud Platform to build and maintain various data products.
You will be closely partnering & collaborating with teams within Clients in building products, understanding metrics and helping deliver results.
In this role you will:
Build & maintain Data Platform, Data Pipelines, Data Storage & various Data Tools.
Collaborate with Analysts & Data Scientists to discover the best solutions.
Diagnose and solve issues in our existing data pipelines and envision and build their successors.
Contribute and continue to improve the data development lifecycle processes.
Qualifications:
Strong experience in SQL, Python, Google Cloud Platform, BigQuery and Composer.
Strong data engineering experience in Cloud.
Strong experience in developing ETL using Airflow, Luigi or Jenkins.
Strong experience in building Data Warehouses and data modeling.
Experience with Hadoop or other MapReduce-based architectures
Experience in building data reports using Tableau or Looker.
Broad knowledge of the data infrastructure ecosystem
Experience working with large data volumes
Understanding of Data Governance, networking & security in cloud.
Experience with any of the following is a plus:
