Documenting your learnings from the current work and engaging in the external tech community by writing blogs, contributing in Github, Stack overflow, meet-ups/conferences etc.

Actively participate in organization level activities and events related to learning, formal training, interviewing, special projects etc.
Added Responsibilities:

Develop recipes in-line with the best practices , document key design decisions, document unit test results, coordinate with QA and Users for the testing phase and deploy the recipes using the CI/CD practices
Act a trusted advisor for several business functions like Sales, HR, Support and Finance functions of the IT delivery and business teams and own architecture aspects of Integrations
Assist teams to on-board the Workato platform and help clients establish a COE through apt documentation, playbooks, run books , best practices and guides
Raise and groom feature user stories on behalf of the stakeholders.
Developer generic recipe templates & connectors that can be leveraged across the IT ecosystem
Extensive experience and knowledge with integrations platform as a service (iPaaS) integration
Very critical as well is the ability to set up workflow automation (WFA) and robotic process automations (RPA)
Experience in establishing a center of excellence (COE)
Strong understanding of process, governance, costing, ROI, etc.
Salesforce and Bullhorn experience is a big plus, but not required
This role will initial pair with an architect who has familiarity with what we've done so far in Workato, then take on the lead responsibility as SME quickly. Setting up our COE around iPaaS, WFA and RPA capabilities will be an initial responsibility. Establishing standards around best practices, establishing/enforcing proper governance is also a responsibility. Cost control/management is also a concern and will be a part of the COE and standards expectation. All the above should be documented in our Confluence site for consumption and continual updates as needed.

We will need this role to participate (hands on), building integrations for projects as needed. Immediate needs within the next 90 days will include (amongst others, I am sure):

This role will provide SME and technical guidance, mentorship, etc. in the WFA/RPA world.

Proving direction, insight, architectural guidance, and other expertise to that team will be critical to keep them aligned with the COE and other aspects mentioned above.

Needs to be able to engage executive leadership and should be able to produce materials and communicate at that level.
