They need to have healthcare provider experience.Expertise in clinical data domainNeed to be familiar with encounter and charge data coming from EMR and Billing systems and how they calculate quality measures.This is a significant gap in current team, no one knows the clinical data model (e.g. how to model an encounter, how to calculate charges)Ability to dive into stored ETL procedures, and backwards engineer business logicHelping to reverse engineer stored procedures for QCDR measures.Ideally the resource is familiar with these measures, maybe they’ve developed a data mart or something to calculate these in past.Because we don’t have business requirements will need to help the team figure out how to extend the EDW data model to support new data and rewrite logic from stored procedures into SQL/ETLAbility to create SQL queries to do limited “development and testing”
