3+ years of experience as a technical business analyst
2+ years of lead level experience on multi-faceted projects
Recent experience with Long Term Rental (LTR) processes and systems
Recent experience with Inspection, Licensing and Permitting (ILP) processes and systems such as Accela
Position Description:

The Business Analyst will support the upcoming Long Term Rental (LTR) project and will lead process analysis, design, improvement, and documentation within the Inspection, Licensing, and Permitting (ILP) system, Accela.
The BA will be a key liaison between project teams, Excise and Licensing (EXL) team who uses current ILP processes and Accela, and vendors.
Partner with EXL and technology services team to understand known and needed (as is/to be) processes, system and integration requirements
Identify integrations/handoffs and verify accuracy for what happens today (as-is)
Identify/map new integrations/handoffs, documenting how integrations will work after go-live (to-be)
Identify and ensure process/integration deltas are resolved
Facilitate the core team’s understanding and requirements for systems, integrations, and functionality
Create PBIs in Azure Dev Ops (ADO)
Create functional process analysis documentation which identifies and recommends resolution of any process/system/integration-related gaps
Make suggestions for any as-is or to-be processes which are lacking and/or present a risk and help mitigate them, before they become an issue
Support the Project Manager with receiving signoff on project requirements documents
May work with the QA team to support system testing
May provide go-live support and immediate post-production support activities as needed
Follow TS best practices: documentation, project, and change management processes
