Detailed Job Description
1. Responsible for the maintenance, configuration, and reliable operation of computer systems, network servers, and virtualization
2. Install and upgrade computer components and software, manage virtual servers, and integrate automation processes
3. Strong knowledge of systems and networking software, hardware, and networking protocols
4. Troubleshoot hardware and software errors by running diagnostics, documenting problems and resolutions, prioritizing problems, and assessing impact of issues
5. Strong Cable Domain Experience with Billing & Provisioning knowledge
6. Experience with Linux infrastructures, database SQL (MS SQL), CI/CD tools, scripting such as JavaScript, PHP, Python, Perl, Ruby, .NET, Scrum/Kanban/SAFe, Agile workflow methodologies
7. Design and implement build, deployment, configuration management, handle code deployments in all environments
