Proven experience working with data process mapping, order to cash, canonical model creation & SOR.Work experience in Hi-Tech industry.Relavant work experience of 10 -12+ years.Participate in the documenting of the opportunity to Order abd and Order to Cash processes and procedures with the use of a structured approach and methodology.Participate in the analysis, mapping of existing and new processes and procedures to ensure effectiveness and efficiency and most importantly, increasing productivity.Communicate and liaison with senior stakeholders on key changes and ensure to keep the process maps and data models current.Conduct stringent testing and thereafter, audit to ensure the effectiveness of processes and procedures.Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills.
