Experience in delivering digital marketing projects using any of the CMS products (Drupal, Adobe, Sitecore )
Single point of contact for client interactions
Exposure to CI/CD/DevOps process
Awareness to RWD, WCAG, and Security standards
Exposure to any of the cloud technologies
Experience in working in onsite and offshore delivery model
Awareness to test automation, and roll-out

Key Responsibilities:
Manage seamless delivery of digital projects across multiple client accounts
Create project plans and monitor project progress and delivery quality
Work closely with the customers and collaborate with multiple groups in the customer organization
Strong stakeholder management through reporting and governance
Assessing the scrum maturity of the team and coaching the team to higher levels of maturity at a pace that is sustainable and comfortable for the team
Facilitating discussion decision making and conflict resolution risk management
Removing impediments or guiding the team to remove impediments by finding the right personnel to remove the impediment
Supporting and educating the product owner especially on grooming and maintaining the product backlog
Troubleshoot project issues with senior leaders and engage appropriate resources as needed
Proactively work to improve delivery quality repeatability and on time delivery of key projects
Conduct status reviews with project team and leadership on a regular basis

Required Experience
Must have at least 8 to 10 years of end-to-end IT project management with strong CMS background - Drupal Preferred
Experience in leading a large digital implementation project end to end
Experience in delivering digital marketing projects using any of the CMS products (Drupal, Adobe, Sitecore )
CSM or equal certification will be a big plus else agile based experience required
