Job Description

Installation / Decommission Servers and Network equipment.

Provide hands and Feet support for all hardware equipment.

Conduct daily maintenance and reporting.

Co-ordinate with Vendors for maintenance and escorts

Performs installation of Ethernet and Fiber cabling.

Prepare equipment for shipment or disposal.

Provide afterhours support for break/fix and project work.

Create or update IT documentation.

Quarterly audit of all IT infrastructure and equipment.

Desired Skills:

Excellent communication skills.

Prior Data Center Experience

Strong customer service skills

Hands on Experience with Client\Dell servers (Client certified required within 90 days of hire) \ CompTIA Server+ \ Associates Degree, or better, in Information Technology.

Hands on Experience with Network devices like Router, Switch etc. \ CompTIA Network+ \ Associates Degree, or better, in Information Technology.

Hands on Experience with MSA or SAN storage \ CompTIA Storage+ \ Associates Degree, or better, in Information Technology.

ITIL Foundation (preferred)

Valid Driver's license and reliable vehicle.

Required to work on-call rotation.

Required to perform project or break/fix afterhours.

Must be able to lift 50 lbs., bend, stretch, and stand for extended periods of time.
