Test Progress
Project Progress/Readiness

Project Planning/Monitoring
Host Daily/weekly Release Meetings - status and risk mitigation for upcoming project events
Lead and Coordinates Go-Live activities including the execution of the deployment plans and checklists.
Negotiates and coordinates across teams/trains for project Dependencies
Client co-ordination and support
Should be technically involved and be able to talk to client in technical terms
Experience in Financial institutions or ecommerce companies
Requirements :
5+ years project management experience for Software Development Projects
Strong knowledge of project management methodology and tools including software
Strong knowledge of computer systems and processes and PC desktop applications.
Strong communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
High attention to detail and results oriented
Must be self-motivated with a high level of initiative
Must be able to effectively manage and lead cross-functional teams
Excellent time management, organizational, and prioritization skills and ability to balance multiple priorities
External & Internal client experience required
Business acumen combined with technical background
Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
Strong negotiation and conflict management skills.
Qualification:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or a software related discipline. A Master's degree in a related field is an added plus.
Minimum of 5 years of software development project management experience
