1. Experience writing code using languages such as VB6 ,VB.NET. And C#

2. Experience on migration VB6 apps to .Net

3. Experience on SQL queries and good analysis skill on resolving complex queries

4. Activities associated with Minor enhancement & major enhancement projects based on VB6 and .NET

5. Good knowledge of CPG manufacturing domain

6. Provide 24*7 Production Support as per SLAs defined

Desirable Technical / Functional Skills

1. Experience working with customers to extract detailed requirements

2. Expert Level Knowledge AND experience leading, facilitating, and performing system analysis and design sessions;

3. Expert level experience in systems analysis, design, modeling and system architecture;

4. Experience in systems development working in a team environment;

5. Expert level experience software quality assurance & testing;

6. Experience in producing system documentation, including written documentation and flow diagrams.

7. Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively in written, visual and oral formats with project teams, internal and external business and technical representatives, and executive management
