Job Description

Manage the program to meet customer expectations and manage overall program execution end to end

Serve as the point of escalation for the client

Responsible for overall Strategy and Program Execution

Review program level summary, issues and risk with leadership team and client on a weekly basis

Communicate relevant program level information (i.e., status meetings, follow up presentations and escalations)

Understand all project deliverables and milestones, guide resource allocation, including offshore. Has overall accountability of the program in Orion Program Management

Produce Budget and Utilization Reporting including burn down chart and resourcing

Identify, mitigate, and communicate risks on a regular basis

Formulate, organize, and monitor inter-connected projects

Manage stakeholder communication, including business sponsors, stakeholders & internal and external vendors

Contribute to the establishment and advancement of the Project Management Office (PMO) methodology, processes, and procedures

Oversee compliance with project and program management methodologies and techniques

Maintain and communicate the program objectives while managing task level details

Requirements:

Experience working in a Professional Services environment

Experience working in a Technology Services company as the Supplier in an client facing role

Experience successfully leading technical programs/projects

Experience working in fast paced/agile environment

A dynamic individual with demonstrated strong critical thinking ability

Experience in managing all aspects of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)

Ability to have command of program/project and technical details on a day-to-day basis

Ability to work independently

Strong background leading technical programs/projects (Microsoft Cloud, .Net, Angular)

Strong track record for delivering

Experience managing large global applications/project

Experience in matrix management environment

Ability to strategize and execute strategies

Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) with ability to tailor to audience

Experience working as a strong contributor of a Project Management Office (PMO)
