Job Description

This is an Architect role.
Migration experience in large numbers is a required skill. Spring Boot migration is a requirement.
They are migrating from Java 7 to Java 15 or 16
10+ years is the minimum amount of experience.
Strong knowledge of Spring Boot (2.3 or higher) and Spring Security (5.x preferred), and an understanding of Oauth and JWT <— This is a must have
Understanding of MyBatis, JDBC and SQL
Experience working with and being able to deploy applications to Tomcat
Working knowledge of Maven and Docker
Experience migrating old JDK 7 applications to newer JDKs (14 and onward)
Understanding of IBM OpenShift platform would be preferred (this one will be harder to find)
