This candidate will be focusing on production support as well as monitoring aspect.

This person should have a strong experience with Production Support and monitoring – Splunk and AppDynamics
Automation experience but not looking for DevOps – looking for production support resumes
Scripting language: Python, Shel script or other scripting language
Challenges in the past: Last time the resumes they were getting looked great, but when they talked to the candidates, they candidates could not speak to the experience that was listed on their resume and could not answer conceptual basic question– talked around 10 to 15 folks – really looking for genuine candidates who can articulate their experience
Challenge in the past: the biggest issues the resumes where more focused on DevOps; there is a distinction between Production Support and DevOps – this role and this person will primarily support of the Production Support and need to be an advanced user of the Splunk and AppDynamics – clear complicated Dashboard as well
Top skills looking for the productions support role per client

Production support candidate –

Advanced monitoring experience with Splunk and AppDynamics
Knowledge of F5 load balancers (Not in depth but should understand concepts)
Unix/Linux experience
Pivotal Cloud Foundry experience will be good to have (any cloud experience would be a plus)
Versed with ITIL process
