Job Description

.Net lead having strong hands-on experience in developing Rich UI Web Applications using Angular, .Net Core, WebAPI, tool stack in Agile development environment. Must have good experience in leading an offshore development team based out of India. Must have prior experience in a customer facing role.

Technical Skills:

Must have at least 4 years of hands-on experience in Angular 8 and above

Must have at least 2 years hands-on experience in .Net Core

Must have at least 5 years of hands-on experience in developing rich UI web applications using.

-Angular 5.0 and above

-C#, .Net Core 2.0, WebAPI, Micro Services, Micro Front End

-HTML 5, CSS 3, Bootstrap

-Test Driven Development using Jasmine, Karma, NUnit

-JIRA, Bamboo, Bitbucket, Confluence

-MongoDB, Oracle

-Splunk Query Data analysis

-Pivotal Cloud Foundry or similar

Must have good understanding of Test-Driven Development and unit testing.

Good knowledge and experience in Agile Development

Must have exposure to onshore / offshore project team setup

Willing to manage an offshore team of 6-10.

Process Skills:

Thorough understanding of agile development methodology

Very good experience in Test Driven Development.

Very good experience in Test Automation process

Behavioral Skills:

Team player rather than an individual contributor

At least 6 years of team leading experience including;

-lead a team of 6 - 10 resources at offshore

-able to work directly with customer stakeholders

-able to communicate clearly in oral and writing

-identify risks, plan mitigation

-escalate on time to customers and leaders

-good in prioritizing work and time management

-able to delegate work and get done with quality

-good problem-solving skills, able to think out of the box

Qualification:

8+ years of hands-on experience in web application development

Education qualification: A college degree with major in Computer Science.
