Must have passion for analytics, data and storytelling with visualization tools including Qlikview and Tableau. Successful candidates must be self motivated in learning business processes and have a focus on making recommendations for simplification and efficiency. Candidates must have prior proven technical lead experience, providing design feedback, guidance on code and making user experience improvement recommendations.

An experienced analytics developer with solid ability to create data visualizations

Must have the ability to understand PL-SQL in order to convert existing queries and move them between environments.

Must have exposure to multiple BI Qlik implementations in the areas of designing intuitive interfaces and dashboards for canned and ad-hoc reports.

PL/SQL skills to create complex joins and awareness of the functions

Good understanding of DataMart/Data warehouse concepts

Analyze, study and understand business domain data requirements, user task flows and objectives and create well designed and user friendly solutions for visual data delivery and analysis

Ability to work iteratively and convert business requirements to quick prototypes with different visualization options

Oversee the development of multiple prototypes, mock-ups and conceptualization of ideas that bring simplicity and context to complex design challenges

Strong understanding of Data Visualization concepts and ability to identify trends & patterns in the data for providing actionable insights

Identify and evangelize design best practices in data visualization that promote user friendly and high quality products.

Strong analytical and data modeling skills with a proven ability to analyze issues, technical risks and recommend permanent solutions to issues

In-depth experience with Visual Analytics and a knack for creating clean & readable visualizations/charts/graphs

Be curious to get to the business users motivations and needs to create user-friendly dynamic dashboards

Skillful in the ability design for performance and optimization

Developer must be a solid team player and communicator working with other developers, tech leads, architects, business systems analysts, and software quality testers

Experience working in agile methodologies in a fast-paced environment

Able to troubleshoot and detect data issues and committed to quickly resolving

Adhere to methodology and process standards

Ensure systems meet functional and technical standards

Identify improvements for processes, standards, deliverables, etc.

Escalate issues when required
