Your role is not only a SM but to lead a project as a Technical PM (TPM) and then work in the Agile settings to meet process requirements
Its not about asking 3 questions: What was done yesterday? What is planned for today? What are the impediments?
Makes every effort to know every detail (functional/non-functional) of the project
Part of all the conversations with business and top of all emails/communications.
Fosters an understanding of essential technical information and in concert with stakeholder organizations
Will have good understanding of the application functionality, the architecture and all the components that are associated with the application
Will have good understanding of creating Data flow diagrams & document various application flows and help the team move forward by working closely with Tech Leads and Principal Architects
Engages closely with Internal & External teams in order to bring clarity to the requirements and remove roadblocks & dependencies for development process
Manages all project information, scope, feature definition and project documentation through: Project Plans, Charters, WBS, RFI’s, Project StatReports and Metrics
Works closely with Platform, Compliance, DevOps, App Dev and SecOps teams to drive the planning and execution of client-facing and internal projects
Collaborates with Business, Engineering, Data Services Platform, Data Engineering, Product, and other internal teams to define and own business needs
Drives work breakdown, user story elaboration, grooming and execution planning
Continuously looks for opportunities to streamline and improve the current programs & processes
Would be an ideal for this role if he/she has demonstrated skills in understanding business requirements for large enterprises or complex product scenarios, he/she has independently proposed detailed & innovative technical solution design and have led engineering teams in executing high quality software and been hands on in the operations and evolution of the software products.
Possesses thorough hands-on knowledge of JIRA & Confluence. Components, Epics, Reports, Dashboards, Filters, Linking JIRA with Confluence pages, usage of Confluence for Documentation
Possesses thorough hands-on knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Project, Visio, Slack, Teams, OneDrive, Office365, WebEx
Technical Project Manager/Scrum Master (TPM/SM) – Required Tasks

Communication Channels: Outlook, Slack, Teams, WebEx

SM needs to be on top of each Email, Slack/Teams messages & meeting invites
Meetings:

Take notes, capture action Items, assign ownership & ETA
Minutes of Meeting (MOM) MUST be sent no later than EOD of the meeting
Follow up for each Action post meeting
