Looking for an eager Senior Automation Test Engineer wanting to grow their career into leading teams while still staying hands on technical.

Your primary role is to lead effective quality assurance efforts, ensuring the delivery of high-quality software solutions through advanced test automation techniques. You'll coordinate testing activities, drive improvements in quality, efficiency, and delivery across cross-functional teams in a fast-paced Agile environment.

What You Will Do:

• Develop and implement quality assurance policies and procedures

• Create and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts

• Conduct thorough testing of software applications to ensure functionality, performance, and reliability

• Identify and document software defects and track them to resolution

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define quality standards and requirements

• Provide guidance and support to development teams on best practices for software quality assurance

• Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with quality standards

• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in software quality assurance

What You Will Need:

• Strong background with multiple projects in Quality Assurance, Testing, or Quality Engineering.

• Deep knowledge in Selenium, Appium, JUnit, TestNG, Cucumber, or Cypress

• Experienced with automation testing strategies and tools for platforms built on C# .Net Framework.

• Demonstrated experience in test automation and leadership on quality projects.

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

• Passion for software quality and continuous improvement.

• Demonstrated leadership skills.

• Excellent written and oral communication skills.

• Hands-on experience working in Agile projects.
