- Plan for Unit Sales Enablement – Develop Unit level Sales Enablement Plan aligned to GSE plan and factoring unit business priorities, Execute the plan, Work with BU HR for STI/STP feedback. - Sales Process Adoption and Compliance - Drive sales process adoption in the unit, Drive usage of tools, templates, methodologies, Track progress in key deals, and Track assurance of account plans in key identified accounts, release regular dashboards. - Sales Training - Manage fulfilment of training needs in collaboration with GSE. - Sales Coaching – Manage fulfilment of coaching needs in collaboration with GSE. - Initiative Change Management – Identify and run pilot initiatives driven by unit priorities, Own management of change in the unit and work with Corporate, Monitor extent of adoption. - Sales Force Communications Management – Own all communication to unit level sales team, Establish and run feedback mechanisms. - Sales Operations Metrics – Making sure integrity of data from sales processes, Own all unit level sales operations report, Communicate reports to applicable stakeholders. - Sales Effectiveness analytics – Drive unit level sales analytics in collaboration with GSE Analytics group, Identify need for additional analytics, Account analytics, and Win-loss analytics. - Review Management – Own compliance and quality of all the sales review processes of unit, Management of actions identified in various reviews. - Pipeline & Funnel Management – Work with individuals towards building effective pipelines.
This role would require - Interface with Practice heads and sales teams in the BU for adaption of sales enablement, compliance, training, and coaching. Role reports to the sales enablement head.
Qualifications
Professional presentation and outgoing, energetic personality
Masters in Business Administration or equivalent
Experience with BestRun's products and services from industry or as a customer
