This role is within a high performing lean Salesforce development team, working closely with business applications leadership, business decision makers, and end users. This individual must have the ability to configure/ customize Salesforce to meet the business need. They will need to have a strong understanding of Salesforce capabilities including platform security, sharing models, apex, lightning web development, and integrations.

Qualifications:

Experience in Salesforce platform.
Experienced in Salesforce Lightning and Lightning Web development.
Experienced with version control and CI/CD release management.
Experienced working in agile/scrum development process.
Experienced in APEX triggers, classes, batch processes and test methods.
Experienced in REST API, SOAP API and platform events.
Platform Developer I certification preferred
Good communication skills, team player and a self-starter.
Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent in Computer Science or comparable

Role and Responsibilities

Troubleshoot, diagnose, and recommend solutions to complex business and technical problems.
Oversee code reviews.
Manage CI/CD Release Management.
Map business requirements to Salesforce features and functionality.
Stay up to date with technology trends to ensure reference architecture.
