Work with business partners to elicit and capture business needs; understand the customer problem and define detailed user requirements to enhance the design and development of our applications. Act as an intermediary between business and IT by using a deep understanding of business processes and technology to help business partners achieve their desired outcomes. Facilitate requirements gathering sessions and document current and future state processes by creating functional specification documents, process flows, etc. Conduct design sessions between business and IT. Analyze the impact of implementing new features; come up with deployment plans Must have Skills: Excellent Oral and written communication skills. Analytical thinking and problem solving Identify the steps or tasks to support the implementation of new features. Ability to do process flows and come up with test plans 3+ years working in Salesforce or a related CRM system Good understanding of Order to Cash and Supply Chain business processes Nice to Have Skills: Experience with Salesforce.com configuration and high-level understanding of Salesforce objects Experience in EdTech industry Broad knowledge on business operations processes Ability to understand system design
