You’ll join as a Staff Fullstack Engineer, helping architect Glider’s core product across the entire DeFi stack.Your areas of impact • Building declarative trading engines so users can compose strategies directly from the UI • Designing automated portfolio construction and rebalancing logic • Integrating with yield vaults, liquidity sources, AMMs, and RWAs • Creating calm, intuitive UX on top of complex onchain primitives • Building scalable infrastructure for long-term asset managementRequirements• 5+ years building fullstack systems • Strong experience interacting with smart contracts (Solidity + Web3 tooling) • Experience building production backend infrastructure • Strong attention to frontend UX performance and usability • Curiosity about crypto, DeFi, or financial systemsIf you’ve worked on any of the bellow, we’d love to hear about it. • ERC-4626 vaults • Account abstraction • Trading systems or solver networks • Portfolio automation tools • Wallet UX • Routing / aggregation infrastructureWhy This Role Is Interesting • Work on long-term investing infrastructure, not short-term trading tools • Help bring RWAs and programmable portfolios onchain • Small senior team, high ownership, real users already on platform • Influence both architecture and product direction
